Gems Gold ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") strives to provide excellent service and clarity regarding our policies for shipping, returns, refunds, and cancellations.
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Timelines
We collaborate with multiple courier partners to deliver across India.
Standard shipping is currently available, with deliveries typically taking 2-9 business days depending on the location.
We accept orders only from within India.
Unforeseen Delays:
In case of unavoidable circumstances like natural disasters, pandemics, or unforeseen disruptions, delivery timelines may be affected.
If we anticipate delays, we will notify you by phone or email.
Non-Delivery Situations:
Wrong shipping/delivery address.
Recipient unavailable.
Premises locked.
Incorrect contact details rendering us unable to reach the recipient.
Refusal to accept the delivery.
General Terms:
Delivery will not be redirected or re-delivered to any other address.
Before major holidays or festivals, we recommend placing orders at least 5 days in advance.
We offer free shipping within India, for all orders above Rs. 1,000. A flat shipping rate of Rs. 100 is charged, on orders below Rs. 1,000.
For COD orders, there is an additional charge, which will be calculated at checkout, based on the total amount.
Once your order is shipped, the tracking information for your package will be sent to you on the given email ID and contact number, which can, thereafter, be tracked through the message with details sent to you.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged or you received the wrong item.
The product was not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
The product has expired at the time of delivery.
Process for Returns/Exchanges:
Contact us at customercare@gemedible.com within 5 days of receiving the item.
The invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup.
Once your return request is accepted, we will arrange a pick-up from the delivery address and notify you of the scheduled pick-up date.
In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be delivered within 3-5 days after the return pick-up is completed.
Non-Eligible Returns:
Used products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Delivery discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.
REFUND POLICY
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of their fund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled only if the request is made before the product is shipped.
If the cancellation request is accepted, you will be entitled to a full refund.
Company-Initiated Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel orders within 48 hours for reasons including but not limited to:
Non-availability of stock
Pricing or informational errors
Issues with personal/financial details provided by the customer
Post-Shipment Cancellations:
Orders that are already processed, en route, or delivered cannot be canceled.
